<div>EssilorLuxottica products are the result of a unique combination of design and quality excellence. 1. Products covered by warranty<ul><li>This policy applies to the following EssilorLuxottica products:<ul><li>Sunglasses &amp; Optical Frames (brands manufactured by EssilorLuxottica)</li><li>Goggles (brands manufactured by EssilorLuxottica)</li></ul></li><li>For other products, please refer directly to your retailer.</li></ul> 2. Warranty period<ul><li>EssilorLuxottica warrants that the purchased product is free from manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.</li><li>Local special warranty terms:<ul><li>Spain and Portugal: the legal warranty period is extended to 36 months from the date of purchase for products purchased after January 1, 2022.</li><li>California: Warranties on products purchased on or after July 1, 2023 will commence on the date of delivery of the product (not date of purchase). </li><li>For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in the country of purchase or, if different, the country of residence, the benefits conferred by the EssilorLuxottica Limited Warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies covered by such consumer protection laws and regulations. The EssilorLuxottica Limited Warranty does not exclude or otherwise limit any consumer rights or remedies covered by such consumer protection laws and regulations.</li></ul></li><li>The EssilorLuxottica Limited Warranty applies to purchases of genuine products and it extends only to purchases made by end consumers, upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase.</li></ul> 3. Defects covered by warranty<ul><li>The EssilorLuxottica Limited Warranty covers against manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) including but not limited to:<ul><li>Missing components</li><li>Delamination and/or peeling of sun plano lens coating</li><li>Bubbles or imperfections in sun plano lens coating</li><li>Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating</li><li>Soldering defects</li></ul></li><li>The following issues are expressly not covered by this warranty:<ul><li>Normal wear and tear (including but not limited scratches, wear of lens coating)</li><li>Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or improper storage of product</li><li>Damage caused by chemicals</li><li>Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs</li></ul></li><li>Retailers may, at their discretion, provide additional warranty conditions, that are not covered by the EssilorLuxottica Limited Warranty. Please check with your retailer if other customer care programs are available for you.</li></ul> </div>
